Claudia Echeverria Biography

Claudia began her Real Estate career in 1996, as an Escrow Assistant quickly advancing to Escrow Officer. Claudia is well versed in the technical aspects of any real estate transaction, whether it is a refinance, residential sale, commercial property or tax deferred exchange as well as short-sales and REO escrows.

For the past year Claudia has worked in a Real Estate Office as a Transaction Coordinator and Administrator auditing and processing files for residential sales, short sales and REO transactions, providing a consistent, quality-controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close a real estate sale.

Claudia is fluent in English and Spanish.  She is able to serve a broad base of clients and has always been known for her professionalism. She truly cares about her clients and will always work to achieve a successful closing of each transaction.
