Teri Lockwood Biography

Teri earned her Real Estate license in 2001, and since then has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top coaches and agents to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.  A longtime resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, Teri sells residential properties in Valencia, Westridge, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Canyon Country, Saugus, Castaic and the surrounding cities within the San Fernando and Antelope Valleys. Based in Santa Clarita, she is the expert to help you with all your home buying and selling needs.

Teri specializes in residential real estate, and has the expertise necessary to assist her clients as they realize their real estate goals. She knows how to use the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. In order to stay on the cutting edge of the industry, Teri attends as much training and seminars as she can and believes that education is paramount to her success. 

She is a member in good standing of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors® (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) in addition to the SRAR Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She earned her Bachelor Degree from San Diego State University.

Being a Realtor® is about more than joining professional associations, and she believes that Realtors® should be involved in the communities where they work as well.  Teri has served her community in many capacities from volunteering for Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, as well as the American Diabetes Association fundraisers, and supports the American Cancer Society.  She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2 Million to the charity and built been more than 15 Habitat Homes.
