Patrick H. Raach Biography

Patrick H. Raach, Broker Owner of EXIT Realty SCV, has been in the real estate industry for almost 25 years. He has lived and raised a family in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1986. Being very involved in the community (Vice President of Circle of Hope, volunteer for HMNMH Golf Classic,  Past V. P. of the Domestic Violence Center, Santa Clarita Sheriff Department The Community Advisory Committee), he knows the valley well, including Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, Westridge, Castaic, Acton, Agua Dulce and surrounding areas.

He is a master of his craft and has worked in all facets of residential and commercial real estate to include multi-family, first time home buyers, short sales and REO’s, and property management, but his passion is hard to sell properties because of the challenge they bring.

His experience and accessibility is a huge asset to his clients and his agents. Real estate is in Patrick’s blood and he loves helping his clients to become savvy real estate investors while honing his agent’s skills to make them some of the best trained agents in the business.
