My name is Margo Sherwood and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers invest in real estate in Santa Clarita including Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Saugus, Canyon Country, Castaic, the San Fernando Valley and the surrounding areas.

Over the last 25+ years I’ve developed an extensive understanding of the local real estate markets and I bring special tools and solutions that exceed the expectations of my clients.  When it comes to homes and investment properties in these communities you can’t go wrong with me. I have turned very complex problems into win-win situations for both buyers and sellers and  I’m looking forward to the opportunity to guide you through the sometimes challenging and often exciting adventure of buying and selling real estate.

My husband, Will, and I been blessed to have lived in the community of Valencia within Santa Clarita. We are both small business owners. He is the CEO and chief creative officer of a marketing, graphic design, and web design firm. Together, we are actively involved in our community, and many of the areas non-profit organizations including LARC Ranch where our oldest son, Brendon, is a resident in one of the villas. Our younger son, Devin, is engaged to be married and lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We have found great joy in the relationships we’ve formed among a group of economically-diverse people from our area.
